I’ve spent decades pursuing a life that defies easy categorization — from the dusty arroyos of the Sonoran Desert on my horses’ backs, to the bright lights of commercial sets, from the quiet discipline of a yoga mat to the exhilarating chaos of an on-location shoot or galloping across wide open spaces. I am a mother, grandmother, actress, wellness advocate, “universal traveler,” animal lover, and a woman who refuses to let age define her limits.

My commercial work spans national, international, and regional campaigns, with credits that include wellness, family, well-known athletic brands, resorts, and a campaign with the message for women of all ages … “Never Stop Owning It!” Always #OwnIt – Own What? I am a team player, and present to be part of the creative process. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a lifetime of real experience to every role — because at this stage of life, I’m not playing a character, I’m bringing myself.

Beyond the camera, I am a certified Yoga Therapy instructor, trained in the therapeutic application of yoga for health and wellness. It truly takes a village — our own internal village — to stay strong and centered, especially in today’s world of chaos and stress in the world’s collective village. Movement is medicine, and aging is a right of passage the youth get to see in action, in real time, bionic parts included! One has to “Be Vital to Stay Vital” to navigate and enjoy the life your village has for you.

I’ve stood in front of bronze sculptures that moved me to tears, been a model for statues that have moved me to tears, wrapped in composite material to mimic artificial skin, photographed nature and city skylines from rooftops at midnight, seek nuances many might miss in our WARP Speed world, and found grace in the most unexpected places! Life is an adventure, and I intend to keep showing up for it — fully, joyfully, and without apology.

Creativity and wellness share something essential: the freedom to express who we are, embrace change, and continue evolving at every stage of life. And as a Boomer who has never been particularly interested in staying inside the box, I like to encourage my generation to keep moving, creating, and owning who they are.
